Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) will open on time Thursday following Wednesday’s snow day.
Before and after-school childcare programs and community use will go on as scheduled, according to MCPS.
It will be a wet commute, per the school system, “but we do not expect ice and snow to have an impact on travel to school on Thursday.”
